There was this girl

head over heels in love with a boy.

a boy who never ever cared about her joy.

She wanted him

to be her only hero

The only person with whom 

she dreamt her tomorrow.

She lit a fire in her heart

felt it burning and falling apart

when he said "that she was wasting her time..."

she felt heart broken knowing her love for him never rhymed.

She was ready to do anything for him

But he walked away carelessly

turning his back like a whim.

His voice was still swirling in mind

making it difficult to believe he just said that line.

Now all she could do was

crying herself to sleep

dying day by day

until the last petal slips...
